*chuckle* Well, you're right when you say not every woman is...endowed, and Duo here fits that just fine. In fact, s/he's so unfeminine that I couldn't even tell he was a girl until I read your description. It's really the bulkiness that throws me off. I mean, even bulky girls have at least something to let people know they're girls, but Duo doesn't have anything except for the hair. Meh, even if she's not feminine, beauty's in the eye of the beholder and she'll find someone who likes her ass-kicking space-traveling evil-not-do-gooder-beater-upper personality.

In light of your description, I still have to say this piece seems entirely unfeminine in any kind of way. It essentially looks like Duo with a new paint job. Of course this is a job from hell you've assigned yourself.

While I thoroughly agree with your... Taco-show comment... This is merely taking it to the opposite extreme and going kinda... Drag-show.

Being a big guy, it's perfectly natural to want to try and maintain as much of the Duo persona in a design as possible, so I'd suggest a healthy compromise.

Instead of going either route, simply take a reference of a decent looking stockier, brawnier woman and work around the gender differences in the hips and chest region, and square that big 'ole broads nose off to create the usual duo Face.

OK, thanks for the advice. [You know, while drawing this, I think I was reminded of Strika from Beast Machines--only the voice would tell you she's female] If I ever have to redo a character in this series, I'll include Duo--for now I'd like to move on to others.
