Wasp Woman

Lonely lionfish, meet dragonet/wasp hybrid.

This evolved from a slightly different idea involving Durandal's encounter with an unusual mer-person. The hybrid lady is specifically an ocellated dragonet/giant scoliid wasp, and she probably got this way by being experimented on early in life.
